ABOUT Chelsea_PIPA
Chelsea & PIPA:
At present, I'm studying at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, majoring in pipa (music teaching ). I have been very interested in traditional Chinese music since I was a child, especially the a traditional musical instrument. Its unique tone and rich expression have deeply attracted me. The pipa can not only show delicate emotional expression, but also show the profound cultural heritage, which makes me have a lasting love for it. After entering college, I maintained a focused and hardworking learning attitude and maintained my grade level. I have also been guided by the famous PIPA players at home and abroad. (eg.LiLuo, YuJia, YanYu ...) I am also a member of the NAFA Chamber Orchestra. And through NAFA, got the opportunity to perform with SCO (Singapore Chinese Orchestra) and completed an excellent performance.
